INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

INSTRUCTIONS

In order to enable the adequate recording of the activities and individual intellectual production of PPGTAIR professors on the Sucupira Platform in each four-year period, researchers are required to update their Lattes CV for production relevant to the CAPES evaluation period, fill out the spreadsheets and forms below and send them to the Program (E-mail: ppgtair@ufpi.edu.br ), referencing the subject of the e-mail as "coleta capes", until the period established by the collegiate.

  

The spreadsheets and forms were designed so that teachers can record data that is not imported by the Sucupira Platform and that was not found on other platforms (SIGAA, Lattes Curriculum), covering essential aspects for the evaluation of the Program.

Since 2019, CAPES has required the submission of PDF files with information about books and chapters published by professors of Postgraduate Programs. The files must be submitted using the link below. For each PPGTAIR professor, there is a specific folder. 


Therefore, if you had a production of the "BOOK/CHAPTER" type, you must attach a PDF file that must contain (in the order below): 


Front and back cover;  

Index;  

Foreword / Introduction;  

Summary;  

Editorial board;  

Letter if peer reviewed;  

Presentation / information about the authors;  

Awards;  

Bibliographic record;  

Financing, including a letter proving financing or an excerpt from the book;  

Two initial pages of each chapter (in the case of a collection) or two pages of the initial chapter and the final chapter (in the case of a complete work)
